Agreement & Understanding:
The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) is hereby releasing to you original copyrighted
materials and allowing you to reproduce the same, provided:
1. That the materials will be used in conjunction with a food product for human consumption.
2. An Alaskan seafood product must be the predominant ingredient or component in that product.
3. The product(s) must originate in Alaskan waters.
4. ASMI's copyright-protected materials are not altered in any way and that they are reproduced in their original form.
5. That no branded materials be affixed or attached
6. That these materials will not be licensed or sold in any way.
7. That the organization requesting to use ASMI's copyrighted materials provide ASMI with a statement of intended use and print/reproduction quantities.
8. That the organization requesting to use ASMI's copyright-protected materials sign this Memorandum of Agreement and Understanding.
9. That ASMI's original copyright-protected materials be returned to ASMI in the same condition in which they were received.
10. Photographs, illustrations and recipes should be credited "Courtesy of the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute." Certain images also require Photographer credit.

in this Agreement & Understanding form.
